Delivery times

What is the delivery time?

The standard delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Should the delivery time unexpectedly be longer, we will contact you.

Of course you can always contact us at info@golfstore.nl or via the contact form.

Can I pick up my order?

Some products can also be picked up in our store.

When this is the case, it is indicated on the product page below the order quantity field.

What is the pickup address?

What does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders of €100 or more.

For orders under €100 we charge € 8,95 for delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Returns

Are there costs for returning items?

The costs of returning items are at your own expense.

You can return the item in question in 2 ways:

2. Send it back

You can also return the item via a parcel carrier.

To do so, go to our returns page.

Follow the instructions on this page to easily register a return shipment.

What are the requirements for a return?

You always have a 30-day return period.

Once these 30 days have passed, you can no longer use our returns system, so make sure you are on time.

The return shipment must also meet the following conditions:

- The item is complete,
- The item is unused and undamaged,
- The item packaging is in its original condition,
- The return shipment must include the invoice or packing slip (a copy is also fine),

PLEASE NOTE!

Keep the proof of postage you receive when handing over the parcel to the carrier. This allows us to trace the parcel at any time.

How do I know my return has been received?

You can track your return shipment with the track & trace code.

Once we have received your return, we will process it within 3 working days and you will receive a confirmation email from us.

You will also receive your refund within 3 working days. We refund using the same payment method you used for your payment.

Refund

When will I receive my refund?

We process your return within 3 working days. You will receive your refund in your account within 5 working days.

Incorrect delivery

Received the wrong item

If you have unexpectedly received a wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible on 040 202 58 51.

Item damaged or defective

If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible on 040 202 58 51 so we can take immediate action to resolve the problem.

Returning it within the 30-day return period is also possible. To do so, go to our returns page and follow the instructions.
